Our Knighted employees aren’t just Gaming Associates, HR employees, or Supervisors. We’re artists, actors, public speakers, tech geniuses, and experts in fun and interesting fields — we’re a diverse community filled with passions both inside and outside of our careers. Two key focuses of this program are to a) encourage behavioral change through repetition, content, and accountability and b) to develop effective leaders. Our employees have access to bi-annual town halls, various leadership seminars, and access to learn about practical and obscure fields of interest through podcasts and other supplemental materials. Many course ideas are employee-generated as well, as they’re able to vote on which events they’d like to see next.
